You have bitten off more than you can chew.
Please note that only returned-to-sender orders, in their unopen shipping box, will be eligible for full refund without condition. We propose secure shipping options at check out. Standard shipping orders, stated delivered by carriers, cannot be refunded if package is missing at delivery. Please contact our customer service to get our reship solutions and processes.
Delivered items can be eligible for return under certain conditions. It depends on the nature of the product(s). Returns are at customer's charge, here below is the return policy for each kind of product:
Harnesses
We accept return for Spareparts harnesses within 14 days after delivery, products must be undamaged, unworn and in their sealed original packaging. If you have any doubt on the size you chose, please look at the size guide on the packaging, and check your own measurement before removing the seal and opening the item. For WET FOR HER products, Harnesses can be tried above your own underwear. If it doesn't fit, please contact us within 14 days after delivery to get your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) so you can send us at your cost the unfitting one for exchange or refund. Products must be undamaged, unused and in their undamaged original packaging. Our quality department will check the product returned to approve the return or not.
Sex toys, Dildos, Vibrators and All Non-Apparel Items
Sex toys or non-apparel items are neither exchangeable nor returnable and, if mailed in, will be disposed of to comply with Health Code Regulations. This applies to dildos, STPs, anal plugs, vibrators, pasties, lubricants, cleaners, oils, storage bags, slings, soft packers, stabilizers, and accessories. We do propose a 50% off Exchange Code to purchase the same item in another size/color.
We strongly recommend reviewing all product dimensions before purchase, contacting us for more information, and having open communication with your partner about expectations as we do not offer satisfaction guarantees.
Even if a product is unused, it is not returnable or exchangeable. We do this for the safety and care of our customers, so please select your items carefully.

BROKEN, DAMAGED, OR MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS
If your order was received incomplete, the wrong item was received, and/or an item was broken or damaged during shipment, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt. When submitting an inquiry, be sure to provide the order number, your name, and the details of the damage, including photos of the damage and/or video of the product not working.
