RockHer: Our New Scissoring Sex Toy

RockHer: Our New Scissoring Sex Toy

The pleasure and popularity of frottage is what inspired us to create the first dedicated scissoring sex toy by lesbians, for lesbians. Meet RockHer, a 10-mode wearable mini vibrator operated via wireless remote control and optimized for vulva-on-vulva action.

Is Scissoring Even A Thing?

Not only is scissoring “a thing,” according to an Autostraddle survey it constitutes a regular part of 40% of respondents’ sex. When forty percent of lesbians regularly partake, we call that a trend.

Of course, not everyone agrees. Autostraddle compiled a list of 41 Feelings You Had About Scissoring based on their survey and the results hilariously fall across the map.

While one respondent calls tribbing “one of my favorite things of all time, in life, generally,” another adamantly claims “SCISSORING DOES NOT WORK UNLESS YOU DO NOT HAVE LIMBS.”

When Clitorides Collide

So what is it? Urban Dictionary defines scissoring as “a lesbian sex act where two partners interlock their spread legs (like two pairs of scissors) and grind their vulvae together to stimulate each other’s clitoris to orgasm.”

While scissoring generally refers to clitorides colliding, it’s also colloquially employed as an umbrella term for rubbing vulva against thighs, torso, ass, and anything else that feels good.

Enjoyed from a variety of positions (including missionary, forking, and all the cowgirls),the limits of scissoring really only depend upon the breadth of your imagination and the flexibility of your hamstrings.

Constant Cuntact

The RockHer vibrator takes scissoring to a whole new level. The bulb can be inserted for g-spot stimulation, while the flexible vibrating ring nestles against the vulva and frames the clitoris for maximum shared pleasure.

Or flip the script! The RockHer can easily be turned with the ring worn on the inside and the bulb worn on the outside. Less flexible ladies or those with particularly tight hamstrings might appreciate the larger canvas of the bulbous side, as it helps create contact cuntact when there’s a gap between clits.

Your sexual organs are delicate, so please be gentle!

Communicate to find a speed and pressure that works for everyone involved. While friction is half the fun, too much can lead to skin irritation; you can add underwear for a protective barrier, or lube for extra glide. However, even with all the proper measures, scissoring to orgasm may not be feasible for all couples. While bodies large and small can scissor successfully, sometimes body compatibility doesn’t align. Don’t stress; just try something else.

The versatility of this wearable vibrator means everyone can find a way to get off. Ready to try? Check out the newly released RockHer Scissoring Vibrator
