We’re excited to get your order on its way! Once your payment is received, we’ll hand it over to the carrier within 24-48 hours.

If you selected the 2nd Day delivery option, your order will be handed to FedEx within 24 business hours. To ensure same-day shipping, please complete your order by 9:00 AM California time.

Our shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. Federal holidays.

If you place your order on a Tuesday, it will be shipped out on Wednesday.

If you place your order on a Friday, it will be shipped out the following Monday.

For standard delivery within the U.S., your order should arrive within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. (We’re shipping from Los Angeles!)

If you chose 2nd Day delivery, your order will arrive within 2 business days—just remember to add an extra 24 hours for order preparation.

During busy seasons like Black Friday, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day, we recommend allowing an extra 2 days for delivery due to high demand at postal centers.

You’ll receive a tracking notification via email and text as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

Just visit the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and enter your tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.

Only the name, address and intercom-number will appear on the transport label. We cannot ask the postman to put the package behind the flowerpot in the entrance hall, or below the letter boxes.

If you selected FREE or 2ND DAY shipping, your package will be left in your mailbox or at your front door if you’re not home. The postman does not call if he can't deliver.

If you choose the SIGNATURE OPTION, the carrier will leave a note, and your package will be held at your nearest post office for pickup. You’ll have one week to collect it before it’s returned to us.

If you can't find it, log in to your client area and in 'Order history and details' you will find the tracking number. If the name of the carrier is not indicated, send us an email and we will send you all the details in return.

The postman may have tried to deliver it but you weren't at home. Have you checked your letter box? The Postman leaves a non-delivery notification so you can pick up your package at your post office.

In the U.S., all our packages are sent in discreet packaging—there’s no mention of products or Wet For Her on the box.

For international orders, your package will also be logo-free and discreet. However, customs regulations require us to attach an invoice, which uses standard terms like “Silicone massagers” (instead of specific names) and “Underwear clothing” (instead of harness).

We ship from Los Angeles, so there are NO Taxes and Duties if your delivery address is in the U.S.

If your delivery address is outside the U.S., customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country’s laws and trade regulations with the U.S.

Wet For Her is an 'adult' site and occasionally some banks can be difficult. We advise you to try 2 or 3 times. If payment is still refused send us an email and we will send you a link you can use to pay.

We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard. You can also pay using Paypal if you have an account.

If you pay by credit card the name "W ForHer" will appear on your bank statement. If you pay by PayPal, "paypal payment WFORHER" will appear on your bank statement, which is a discreet and non-obvious name.

We do not have a public phone number as we have had calls for other services that we do not offer. Send us an email with your phone number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

You must contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] so that our logistician can make the change. Unfortunately, if your order has already been taken by the shipper and you have received the tracking number we can no longer make changes.

Except few vibrators with cell-battery not included, all our vibrating products contain (rechargeable) batteries, power packs and/or cables included.

If you use one of our harnesses with a sex toy (not bought on our site) that doesn't have a wide base, we recommend buying a stabilizer so that it stays in place.

Equally, if you use a small-diameter sex toy (less than 1"), we also recommend buying a stabilizer to offer more support.

All sex toys sold on our website are compatible with our harnesses (except the StartHer harness).

The Starther harness is not compatible with double dildos and grinding base dildos.

Yes, all our harnesses can accommodate Wet For Her double dildos or other brands. Inside the harness, there is a two-piece fabric flap that can be opened or moved aside to accommodate the double sextoy.

A lot of care is taken in the manufacture of our products, nevertheless, if one of our products is defective, please write to our Customer Service.

This is quite normal. Unlike in a heterosexual couple, the pubic areas of lesbian couples are not accustomed to receiving minor impacts. So, the nerve endings are very sensitive. A woman wearing a harness must start slowly, and once the pubic area has become accustomed to it, you can increase the intensity. We recommend using the BumpHer for cushioning and better experience.

SEX TOYS & VIBRATING PRODUCTS: 

For hygienic reasons, only Wet For Her UNOPEN/SEALED SEX TOYS can be returned for exchange or refund. If the sex toy packaging has been opened, as well as for other dildos not from the WET FOR HER line, return will not be possible, instead, we offer a 50% discount on the same/similar sex toy in another size/color.

WET FOR HER HARNESSES:

Only UNUSED and CLEAN harnesses in their UNDAMAGED OUTER PACKAGING can be returned for exchange or full refund.

Wet For Her harnesses can be tried on above your own underwear, be careful not to damage apparel and packaging.

SPAREPARTS HARNESSES:

Only UNUSED harnesses in their SEALED OUTER PACKAGING can be returned for exchange or full refund.

Products cannot be tried on, check size guide on packaging and verify your measurement before opening.
