Affiliate Code Usage, Advertising and Promotion Restrictions

The Affiliate's unique discount code, referral link, and any associated promotional materials may only be published, displayed, promoted, or distributed through content, posts, stories, videos, livestreams, websites, newsletters, or other marketing channels that are directly owned, controlled, and operated by the Affiliate, or through content created in collaboration with Wet For Her and expressly approved by Wet For Her.

Except as expressly authorized in writing by Wet For Her, the Affiliate shall not:

(a) publish, distribute, display, or promote their discount code or referral link on another creator's, influencer's, affiliate's, ambassador's, customer's, or third party's social media content, posts, comments, videos, channels, websites, forums, groups, communities, or other digital or physical media;

(b) post, comment, reply, mention, distribute, or otherwise promote their discount code or referral link on any content created by another creator, influencer, affiliate, ambassador, customer, or third party, whether or not such person participates in the Wet For Her Affiliate Program;

(c) respond to comments, discussions, recommendations, product requests, or other user-generated content on another person's content by providing, advertising, or promoting their discount code or referral link;

(d) use another creator's content, audience, engagement, followers, subscribers, customers, or community as a means of promoting, distributing, or obtaining visibility for their discount code or referral link;

(e) encourage, request, permit, facilitate, or compensate any third party to publish, distribute, advertise, or promote their discount code or referral link on the Affiliate's behalf;

(f) use, bid on, purchase, promote, advertise, or otherwise distribute their discount code or referral link through any paid advertising channel, including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Shopping, Bing Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, YouTube Ads, native advertising networks, display advertising networks, retargeting platforms, influencer amplification services, sponsored content platforms, or any other paid advertising or traffic acquisition platform;

(g) engage in search engine marketing, pay-per-click advertising, keyword bidding, trademark bidding, domain name bidding, or any other paid promotion relating to Wet For Her, its products, trademarks, brand names, domain names, or variations thereof;

(h) publish, submit, distribute, advertise, or allow their discount code or referral link to appear on coupon, discount, cashback, voucher, promotional code, loyalty reward, browser extension, deal aggregation, affiliate aggregation, shopping assistant, rewards, or discount-code websites, including any website whose primary purpose is the distribution of promotional codes, discounts, offers, vouchers, coupons, or cashback opportunities;

(i) knowingly permit, encourage, or facilitate their code or referral link being listed, scraped, syndicated, republished, distributed, or made available by any coupon, discount, voucher, cashback, loyalty, rewards, browser extension, shopping assistant, AI shopping tool, deal aggregation platform, or similar service;

(j) use, participate in, permit, encourage, or facilitate the use of browser extensions, coupon extensions, automated coupon insertion tools, cashback programs, loyalty programs, shopping assistant software, discount aggregators, rewards platforms, AI-powered shopping tools, or similar technologies that automatically display, inject, recommend, distribute, or apply the Affiliate's discount code or referral link to users;

(k) knowingly permit, encourage, or facilitate their discount code or referral link being scraped, syndicated, republished, distributed, or made available through any browser extension, coupon extension, cashback platform, loyalty platform, shopping assistant software, rewards program, discount aggregation service, AI shopping assistant, or similar service;

(l) engage in any activity intended to cause their discount code or referral link to be automatically surfaced, suggested, displayed, injected, recommended, or applied to customers without the customer directly accessing the Affiliate's own approved content;

(m) share, transfer, sublicense, sell, provide, lease, or otherwise make available their discount code or referral link to another creator, influencer, affiliate, business, advertising network, or third party for promotional purposes; or

(n) engage in any activity intended to divert sales, commissions, traffic, customers, promotional opportunities, or attribution from another creator, affiliate, ambassador, influencer, marketing partner, or from Wet For Her itself.

Affiliate codes and referral links may only be promoted within the Affiliate's own original content or within collaborative content in which the Affiliate is an active participant and which has been expressly approved by Wet For Her.

For the avoidance of doubt:

1. An Affiliate may not post, comment, reply, message, tag, mention, or otherwise share their discount code on another person's content, social media account, website, forum, blog, community, livestream, or digital platform.
2. An Affiliate may not provide their discount code in the comments section of another creator's post, regardless of whether that creator is affiliated with Wet For Her.
3. An Affiliate may not provide their discount code in response to another creator's recommendation, review, promotion, or discussion of Wet For Her products.
4. An Affiliate may not publish or distribute their discount code through coupon websites, discount-code websites, cashback websites, browser extensions, AI shopping assistants, loyalty programs, rewards programs, or similar services.
5. Affiliate codes are intended solely for promotion within the Affiliate's own approved content and audience. Any method of promotion that causes the Affiliate's code to appear to customers outside of the Affiliate's own content, including through coupon websites, discount websites, browser extensions, cashback services, loyalty platforms, AI shopping tools, paid advertising, automated code insertion tools, or third-party promotional channels, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Wet For Her.

The Affiliate is responsible for monitoring the use of their code and must promptly notify Wet For Her if they become aware that their code has been published, distributed, promoted, or used in violation of these Terms.

Any violation of this section shall constitute a material breach of the Affiliate Program Terms.

Upon determination of such violation by Wet For Her, in its sole discretion, Wet For Her may immediately:

1. Reclassify the Affiliate from any paid creator, ambassador, influencer, VIP, enhanced commission, sponsored, gifted, or preferred program to a standard unpaid affiliate plan;
2. Remove any enhanced commission rates, bonuses, incentives, gifted product arrangements, exclusive benefits, or other promotional privileges;
3. Withhold, reduce, reverse, cancel, or recover any unpaid bonuses, incentive payments, commissions, enhanced commissions, or other compensation attributable to the period of non-compliance;
4. Suspend the Affiliate's account, referral code, referral link, commissions, and promotional privileges;
5. Disqualify sales, referrals, or commissions generated in violation of these Terms; and/or
6. Terminate the Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program.

Wet For Her's determination of a violation, the extent of any violation, and the appropriate corrective action shall be final and binding for purposes of administering the Affiliate Program.
