This was one of the first toys I bought after bottom surgery and I've really enjoyed it— so, too, have my sexual partners. I find that as the wearer, the bulbous end stays in pretty easily and I can sustainably top using it. It seems to require a bit more pelvic floor activation for my partners with natal vaginas. Though its also very smooth which I like. As for solo play, I use it often and it's so modular you can use it different ways. Full disclosure, using the small bulbous end on myself made me squirt for the first time !!!

It honestly was not secure enough to have a good experience. I wanted this to work so badly and we even got the covers that make it more secure and it just didn’t work for us.
