Hip or low waist measurement:
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 18 cm - 22 cm below high waistline). It is the largest part of your lower waist.
TIP: if you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size. The boxer/brief needs to fit snugly to your body.

this is my first harness, my partner and i had a great time with it. one sort of downside is that there is almost full coverage between my legs so my partner can't really touch me while i wear it. not a big issue and i think that helps with making everything more secure. my only concern is the sizing. i wish they had the sizing information that is on the box on the website. the size i got was good for me, however i do not have very thick tighs and i have the legs straps almost at the widest, while i have the waistband set pretty small, so the difference is surprising to me. i wonder if the leg straps being too small have been an issue for other people?

My partner and I love it! We had a boxer-style harness from another company, but getting the "tool" in a comfortable position for the wearer was hard. This jock-style is very easy to position comfortably for both of us, and easy to adjust to our different body types. Easy care instructions too, I love that it came in its own garment bag for washing.
