I just used this by itself as solo play, the lips do spread apart to nibble on your clit area. I used it imagining getting head then imagined it as another vulva bumping and grinding on mine. Came both ways! I have yet to use this with a partner as a grinding base. I like the 'strong and steady' vibration mode ;) Will update review once I use it with someone for strap on play.
