I've used this vibrator before (from a different authorized retailer) and it worked great for three years. When it stopped working, I wasn't able to find it on the previous retailer's website, so I looked it up and purchased it from this website. However, this time it stopped working within a month. I think I only used it four times. I've emailed the support team who informed me that the manufacturer has requested that all inquiries pass through them for repairs or refunds. While they were kind enough to offer a 50% discount code, they made the offer available for one month for purchasing a mini vibrator. They made this offer "in case [I] don't get a positive update from the manufacturer," which I didn't hear from the manufacturer at all. Given that I wasn't able to get a replacement toy from them, and the anticipation that I don't get a positive update from the manufacturer (which I didn't), I feel like I should have at least gotten a 100% discount code, or at least a code that doesn't expire in a month! Advice, if you have already used and loved this toy, buy it from the manifacturer's webasite directly, maybe that way they'll be more responsive.

Ordered one of these and found that it gets very hot and emits a burning smell when turned on. Reached out to WFH and the manufacturer. WFH offered 50% another purchase. Manufacturer never responded to warranty claim (it's been over 2 weeks). Super bummed to basically throw $$ in trash. Will not order again.

Love this little thing. Def our favorite. Only knocking a star because the first one we got, the battery doesn't last very long any more. So ended up ordering a backup.

Nice and strong, fits well between fingers, very soft, high quality material. If I could change anything, I would just add one or two lower settings for warm up and teasing.
Also, the light that tells you whether it's charged is quite faint. When you plug it in, it is a faint orange/red, then turns green when fully charged. The light is only visible in the dark, which makes it easier to over-charge the vibrator, lowering the battery life over time. So be careful!
