Hip or low waist measurement:
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 18 cm - 22 cm below high waistline). It is the largest part of your lower waist.
TIP: if you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size. The boxer/brief needs to fit snugly to your body.
