The medium size is just a little difficult to position, but otherwise it's perfect and soft.

Amazing!
We bought this as a "just in case" purchase with our Union so we could adjust the bulb size if needed. The second size worked perfectly for both of us, small enough to fit with lube but big enough to not slip out during sex. Ingenious invention!
