I bought medium size. My wife is a cis woman and enjoys it. She’s made the comment, in addition to others online, that she wished it had more girth comparable to most other toys of the same length. I also find it to look a bit more narrow than other pieces we’ve had in the past. The mobile core doesn’t hold shape when things heat up, but the texture of the silicone makes up for that, in my opinion.
The base is pretty great, though I do wish it was more narrow. Most trans guy will get growth when it comes to length. Girth, however, not so much, which can make positioning a bit tricky and take you out of the moment.
All in all, great piece that I would recommend. Hoping that the WFH team will read these comments and take them into consideration.

I purchased the Milo pack and play , texture is nice as well as color. The Milo doesn’t have enough girth or thickness as you will. My partner isn’t a fan of the Milo as the receiver, because there isn’t enough girth she said it feels like there’s nothing which I’m sure can be very embarrassing for the wearer.. I enjoy the feel of the Milo but I can’t say that the pleasure stroker part of the Milo was good.. I haven’t tried packing with it yet but I’m definitely not satisfied with this being my first time ordering from wet for her
