Tenez-vous debout sur une surface plane, les pieds joints. Mesurez autour de la partie la plus large des hanches et des fesses (environ 18 cm - 22 cm sous la taille haute). C'est la partie la plus large de votre taille inférieure.
CONSEIL : si vous êtes entre deux tailles, choisissez la taille la plus petite. Le boxer/slip doit être bien ajusté à votre corps.

Overall, I definitely would recommend this product. I was just a little surprised at how much more room the waist has versus the legs. I would say I’m more of a smaller person, and yet I almost maxed out the legs of this strap harness. I also have a bit of scratchy pieces on the buckle bits but I can just burn those off.

I usually would wear XL sweatpants and the leg straps are tight. I would love some extra room since I do have larger thighs. Overall this is the best strap I’ve had!
