The delivery of your package is free in the USA for any order above $65 and an extra $5.95 for a 2nd day shipping. We ship all our products from California.
Shipping times are in Business days. Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your payment except for Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. We will of course do our best to ship the same day. The standard shipping methods are FedEx, DHL and USPS. Ground deliveries take 3 to 8 business days, delivery time depending on your location. Whatever the chosen shipping method is, we will provide you with a tracking link to follow online the delivery of your package. Note that, for insurance matter, a signature option can be added to the shipping service and required at delivery.
We ship the packages with no information on the package of the nature of the product, except for the overseas orders that have to go through customs. They are sent under the name WFH.
Business days are Monday to Friday. We don't ship on weekends, and carriers do not deliver on weekend days. A shipping protection option and a signature option are available at check out. In case of misdelivery or stolen package, only orders including one of these secure shipping options will be eligible for full reship. Please contact our customer service within 3 to 14 days after delivery to start the reship process. Orders not including a shipping protection or signature option will not be eligible for free reship; no exceptions. Please note that the delivery address taken into account and guaranteed by the carrier's shipping contract does not include delivery comments.
US Shipping Rates
For a faster delivery, you can choose the 2nd Day shipping option, delivered in 2-3 days at your door (2-3 business days, no PO Box address), with eventual "Adult Signature option". Orders will be prepared within 24 open hours. The closing time to possibly be shipped the same day is 3pm. We will of course do our best to ship the same day.

International Deliveries
We ship worldwide using mainly DHL International and similar company services. Shipping times at checkout are estimations; no guarantee delivery times are provided for International shipping.

** Since COVID crisis, and due to the reduction of international flights, please allow extra weeks for package to be shipped to country of destination, cleared by your domestic customs, and delivered by your National Post Company.Please note that your National Post Company will handle your package for the domestic transport, till delivery place. Also please note that International shipment costs do not include taxes and duties of your country that may apply. Please check your country's taxes on import.
***For International deliveries, customers must leave their phone number at check out so the carrier can contact the recipient for eventual tax and duty process or payment. DHL EXPRESS will only deliver cleared and paid packages. If customer can't be reached by DHL EXPRESS in order to pay tax and duties, and package is returned back to sender, the shipping charges will not be refunded as they are charged by DHL.
For deliveries outside the USA, packages are also shipped discreetly, but customs obliges us to attach your invoice folded in a sealed bag outside the package. In case of control at your border, this invoice might be put back at sight to your package, WET FOR HER has no hand on each country clearance process, thank you for your understanding.
