Mesure des hanches ou de la taille basse :
Tenez-vous debout sur une surface plane, les pieds joints. Mesurez autour de la partie la plus large des hanches et des fesses (environ 18 cm - 22 cm sous la taille haute). C'est la partie la plus large de votre taille inférieure.
CONSEIL : si vous êtes entre deux tailles, choisissez la taille la plus petite. Le boxer/slip doit être bien ajusté à votre corps.

Its a cute harness, but figuring out your size is more complicated than it should be. I order a size too large thinking i had it figured out. The bottom O ring feels kinda useless, it sits too low to be functional, especially with heavier dildos. The top O ring works better for that as it pulls away less from the body. What also helps is if you wear a pair of underwear underneath to help make it fit better

The sizing guides did not help. I spent 130$ on the boxer strap on and now I will have to get an exchange and hope I order the right size. If items are not refundable or full clean exchange the sizing guidelines should be more accurate.
