Mesure des hanches ou de la taille basse :
Tenez-vous debout sur une surface plane, les pieds joints. Mesurez autour de la partie la plus large des hanches et des fesses (environ 18 cm - 22 cm sous la taille haute). C'est la partie la plus large de votre taille inférieure.
CONSEIL : si vous êtes entre deux tailles, choisissez la taille la plus petite. Le boxer/slip doit être bien ajusté à votre corps.

Overall we really like this harness and are considering purchasing a second. I do wish there was an option for a larger O ring and when the wearer is being ridden we like to also have the wearer enjoy penetration which is difficult once this is on.
