Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 18 cm - 22 cm below high waistline). It is the largest part of your lower waist.

TIP: if you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size. The boxer/brief needs to fit snugly to your body.

My partner and I had a great time with this toy. There was very little warm up necessary. The whole experience was smooth and blissful. And it hit allll the right spots. The only thing I dislike is, like most silicone toys, it threw off my PH and that lasted about two or three days

Great But DEFINITELY SIZE UP!!
I thought the other reviews were being extra but I bought a M-L (5'8/165lb : hip: 40in waist:31 for reference) and it's a little snug. not too bad around my butt or thighs it's not like it's uncomfortable still very comfortable but around the waist it kinda digs in just a bit. i think it's mostly because of the elastic type it's pretty heavy duty so if you can size up so it's not digging but other than that it's good.
