Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 18 cm - 22 cm below high waistline). It is the largest part of your lower waist.
TIP: if you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size. The boxer/brief needs to fit snugly to your body.

According to my partner (who is transfemme and the one whose worn this harness): this harness combined with the WondHer dildo has been super comfy. Nothing gets uncomfortably mashed, pinched, or falls out. The fabric is a perfect balance of stretchy enough to be comfy against the skin, and stiff enough to keep momentum. With other harnesses, the fabric stretches too much during thrusts, causing the dildo to sag or stall when pulling away (especially if your partner is ~grippy~). This one is perfectly structured, secure, and doesn't budge. The stitching is also great quality. 10/10.

Works very well, and comfortable. Only comment is that for the one we got it seems to have just enough space in the sizing that it’s just not quite snug enough to hold the toy perfectly but that could also be because of it being underwear and not fully secured with actual straps. It definitely works as intended and is good quality material

The underwear harness is nice. The straps on traditional harnesses hurt, especially while pounding my husband's hole. He likes it hard and rough and traditional harnesses shift a lot while trying to please him.
The underwear harness holes nice and firm. Doesn't shift and sits at a great spot and hight for any position I want to penetrate him in. I also bought the bumpher to cushion the base of the dildo while pounding him as it hurt a lot.
Overall: I would highly recommend this product if traditional harnesses feel uncomfortable or hurt.
