Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 18 cm - 22 cm below high waistline). It is the largest part of your lower waist.

Great fit
These fit great easy to use and wash. The only down side would be that the fabric around the ring needs to be reinforced. And maybe I just using it to much. I will need to buy more back-ups soon.

Comfy and great quality
I really like these boxers a they are super soft and way quicker to put on than a traditional harness. Mine seem shorter than the photos on the models even though I got the right size. Mine do not go above my hips/reach my waist which then gives a bit of hip dysphoria. But other than that I think this is a quality product.
