The size is good for someone who hasn't inserted before, or only wants something comparable to one finger. You can put it inside the finger extender item to make that vibrate, for something bigger. The vibrations in this one are better than most. (I meant to include this in my other review but couldn't find a way to edit, so this is somewhat of a duplicate review-- but I thought the size comment was important for folks!)

I love this thing. The flatter portion does nothing for me, but the other half works inside and out better than most i've tried. My favorite is using the finger extender and then this as well. Double whammy!

Seems my two star review somehow wouldn’t upload for some reason. Basically I bought it in October and now it’s dead. It would shut off at certain angle from the start which defeats the purpose of the design. Find something else.
