Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 18 cm - 22 cm below high waistline). It is the largest part of your lower waist.
TIP: if you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size. The boxer/brief needs to fit snugly to your body.

Tried this with my girlfriend for the first time and it worked great! The fit was spot on, snug, but not tight. As it should be when it needs to carry the weight of an attachment. I do wish I could keep the dildo more flush to my body, but I understand that's harder to achieve on strap underwear. Still a very enjoyable experience.
