Didn't feel any sensation, wasn't compatible with my harness or a standard O ring and kept falling out. The ridges are not prominent or hard enough. I have been on T for 2 years.

There’s nothing really wrong with my with this. I know my title might read as negatives though they are all just personal preference. we are a lesbian couple and my partner likes the stroker base but since she isn’t on T is a hard fit to keep. Which it was a little tighter in the stroker base. Maybe a slightly smaller opening. And I’m a bigger lady, so slightly longer and thicker would be amazing.
They could really just add an additional size, if it was longer and thicker I would purchase it!

As someone in the transmasc/non-binary realm, this has been great to explore my gender specifically in relation to my genitals. I've been curious to use a more realistic dildo in a way that felt more connected to my body, and the Milo Feelskin provided that opportunity. I used it with the jock harness and a pair of boxer briefs over top. This alleviated dysphoria and gave the illusion of not wearing the harness. I've only used this by myself so far, but I do think this would make my experience of partnered sex much more affirming.
If you've used other stroker products, this is quite different. Rather than a decent canal for bottom growth penetration, it's a fairly shallow angled depression. There is still a bit of suction, but nowhere near as significant as typical strokers. Making this deeper would be my one suggestion for future versions.
